The staff was friendly and welcoming, especially the bell hops and Raven at the café. The room was beautifully designed with comfy beds and a great view. The location was perfect, close to many eateries and a mall, making everything easily accessible.

The location was perfect, right across from a shopping mall and surrounded by great restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the bellhops who always greeted me with a smile. The room was clean and had a lovely view from the top floor. The breakfast was fantastic and I really appreciated the fresh towels and pleasant scent throughout the hotel.
