I had an amazing experience at the hotel, especially due to the friendly staff who were always smiling and willing to help. The breakfast on the rooftop was delightful, with the pancakes being the best I've had in Indonesia. The location is superb, as it's situated in the heart of the city and within walking distance to restaurants, the harbor, and various activities. The spacious room boasted incredible views, particularly at sunset, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploration.
