I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, particularly thanks to the friendly staff who were incredibly helpful and enthusiastic about the area. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the center but tucked away in a quiet alley, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were impeccably clean and offered beautiful views, while the provided snacks and tea made it feel even more welcoming.

We had an amazing experience at the hotel, as the staff, particularly Van and Ming, were incredibly welcoming and supportive. The cleanliness of our room stood out, with daily maintenance that made us feel right at home. the location was perfect, just a short walk from downtown and nearby attractions, which made exploring this city very convenient. We also appreciated how easy it was to book our trip to Fansipan through the hosts.
