I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, as the cleanliness was impeccable and the staff was incredibly friendly—remembering my name within hours of check-in. The location was ideal, situated right next to the Pleasure Beach, allowing easy access to attractions. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a room with a stunning park view, and the breakfast selection was delicious and satisfying.
