I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, as the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed. The cleanliness was top-notch; I could tell that the rooms had been thoroughly disinfected, and the modern bathroom upgrades were a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect, placing me right in the heart of the city, which made it easy to explore nearby attractions.
