I had a wonderful experience at the hotel; the location was fantastic, just steps away from the vibrant city center and main attractions. The staff were exceptional, particularly the night receptionist who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and I appreciated the helpful transportation services provided, especially the dedicated driver who assisted with my tours.
