I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, as the cleanliness was impeccable and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was also prime, being a short walk from the subway station and nearby shops. The room was spacious and included great amenities like a traditional tea room and futon, making for a unique stay. Plus, I loved the complimentary coffee and water available in the lobby.
