We loved the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently close to the metro station and just a leisurely walk to Plaza Santa Ana and the Paseo del Prado. The staff were very friendly and attentive, ensuring our breakfast was plentiful and fresh.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, with major attractions and museums like the Prado and Thyssen just a short walk away. we loved the free luggage storage, which allowed us to enjoy our last day without worrying about our bags.

it was spotlessly clean and the staff were incredibly helpful, even giving me a complimentary upgrade. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of options including fresh juices and delicious pastries. I appreciated the central location, as it was within walking distance of many attractions and just a short stroll to the metro.

The spacious, modern room was a highlight for us, featuring a comfy bed, a fantastic shower, and a lovely balcony to enjoy the rooftop views. the gym was handy, and the breakfast offered a tasty variety that fueled our days.
