I loved that the hotel was impeccably clean and offered excellent facilities. The staff was incredibly friendly, always ready to help, and they even changed towels without me asking.

I was genuinely impressed with the hotel's cleanliness, as everything was spotless upon arrival. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the check-in process a breeze. the convenient location near tram stops provided easy access to the city, and having ample parking nearby was a great bonus. I also appreciated the comfortable room, which came equipped with everything I needed, including extra pillows.
