We loved the hotel's cleanliness and the efficient staff, who spoke excellent English and were always ready to help. The location was unbeatable, being diagonally opposite the tram stop and just a short walk to the Peace Memorial Park, while nearby restaurants and shops made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was a delightful mix of Japanese and Western options, and we appreciated the complimentary drinks available in the common area.
