I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, as its location was fantastic, being right by the underground and just steps from a lovely park. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. my room was always clean, with fresh towels and bedding provided daily.

We were impressed by the hotel’s location, as it was just across the road from a beautiful park and a short walk to the Lancaster Gate tube station, making transportation incredibly convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really enhanced our stay. We also appreciated the cleanliness of our room and the good facilities available, including the well-kept bar area.
