I really loved the cleanliness of the hotel, from the lobby to the pool area. The staff was friendly and polite, and the reception staff were excellent. The hotel facilities, including the pool area with a bar, were great. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the main strip of Waikiki, within walking distance of the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The valet parking staff were really nice and welcoming. The bed in my room was really comfy, and I was able to easily get extra towels, pillows, and blankets for my guests. The water machine to refill water bottles was a convenient feature.

We loved the convenient location, close to the main part of Waikiki without all the noise. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice/clean pool and fast wifi. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The hotel's proximity to IHOP and the ABC store next door was a big plus, making it easy to grab any last minute essentials or a quick bite to eat.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make our wedding trip unforgettable. They were extremely helpful and understanding, even helping us with a dress emergency. The front desk staff was always there to assist us with any questions or needs we had. The valet team was friendly and efficient, taking great care of us. We were also impressed with the friendly and helpful housekeeping staff. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the beautiful pool area. The open feel downstairs in the lobby/bar area added to the overall positive experience.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was super close to the oceanfront shops and just a short distance to the outlet mall or USS Arizona memorial. It was also conveniently close to everything we needed, and there was even an in-house store for any last-minute necessities. The staff, especially Chad the bartender, provided us with great advice on local activities. The housekeeper did an excellent job on our room every day, and we especially enjoyed the happy hour.

The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, with modern furnishings in the room. The pool was well-maintained and inviting, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We also loved the convenient location, as it was not too deep into the city but still close to everything there is to do.
