The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive; they maintained cleanliness in our comfortable and spacious room with a fantastic view of the Empire State Building. we appreciated the convenient subway access and food options within walking distance.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, as the location was perfect, just a block from Bryant Park and surrounded by numerous dining options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of towels and a great shower.
