I found the hotel to be very clean, and the sheets were fresh and tidy. The breakfast was delightful, and the staff on the morning shift were exceptionally friendly. its location allowed for easy access to both Coventry and Birmingham.

The friendly staff made a significant difference; Bernie at reception was especially helpful with directions and recommendations.
