I loved the hotel's location close to the concert venue. It made getting to the show so easy. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Gary, the F&B manager. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of fresh options. The parking area was convenient, plus there was a covered walkway to keep warm!

It was very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a two-minute walk to the concert venue. We also loved the breakfast options, especially the freshly made milk porridge and delicious fruit.

The cleanliness of our room was impressive, and the staff were both friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.
