My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me, even when my plane was late. They allowed me to bring my cat and dog without any extra charges. The room was spotless, with clean and fresh-smelling bedding. The TV, fridge, and microwave all worked perfectly. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and major shopping areas, making it a great choice for travelers. The breakfast included a variety of options, including a make-your-own waffle machine. All in all, a comfortable and affordable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The reception staff were great, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The free wifi was fast and reliable, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. The shower worked well with plenty of hot water, providing a refreshing experience. Additionally, we enjoyed the convenience of the free on-site parking, making it easy for us to come and go as we pleased. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was situated right off the highway and provided easy access to the Everglades National Park, the gateway to the Florida Keys, FP & L, the NASCAR Speedway. The friendly staff welcomed us with a lovely greeting, and our ground floor room was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the abundance of accessories replenished daily and the delicious buffet breakfast, which offered a variety of options such as pastries, cereals, toast, waffles. The price for our two-night stay was fantastic, making it even more enjoyable.

We were greeted by Mercedes at the front desk, who was professional, friendly, and accommodating. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to highways. The beds were newer and very comfortable. The rooms and outside of the facility were clean. We enjoyed the nice pool. We also had a good breakfast and the hotel employee assigned to it was helpful and friendly. Moreover, Rene, the supervisor of housekeeping, went above and beyond to help us and checked up on us to ensure our comfort.

The staff was great. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was okay. The hotel location is excellent, within walking distance to outlets and my favorite coffee place. The staff accommodated my needs due to my body situation. The breakfast server was excellent.
