We loved the hotel's cleanliness and the friendly staff, who were always ready to help. The location is fantastic, being close to the tram, making it easy to explore the city, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was hearty and satisfying, and we appreciated how they provided takeaways when we were off on activities.
