I loved the location of the hotel, right across from the ocean and the Malecón. The pool area was fantastic and comfortable. I also found the staff to be friendly and attentive, especially the bartenders by the pool. Plus, the restaurant served decent meals which I enjoyed.

We loved the location of the hotel. It’s right across from the beach and close to the malecón. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our suite had two amazing views, one of the ocean and the other of the pool. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard. Plus, the heated pool was a great spot to relax.
