We loved the hotel's prime location, as it was conveniently situated near the Biltmore Estate and the vibrant downtown area. The staff provided exceptional hospitality, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the cleanliness of the facilities and the delicious breakfast, particularly the chef's amazing grits.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, appreciating its prime location near the Biltmore Estate, which made our December visit incredibly convenient. The room was spotless and comfortable, offering enough space for my furry friend too. The staff members were exceptional, especially during breakfast, where they provided attentive service despite a bit of confusion. the cleanliness and friendliness of the team really enhanced my experience.
