I had an incredible stay at this beachfront hotel. The ocean views from the pools, casual restaurant, and my room were breathtaking, especially during the sunset. The hotel's location also allowed for safe swimming thanks to the breakwall. The reserved dinner restaurant was a real treat with delicious meals, daily chef specials, and a varied menu. I loved the convenience of getting lunch and breakfast either from the buffet or through a menu order. The open-air restaurant by the palapas provided a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, including multiple pools with a pool waterfall that gave the most relaxing shoulder massages. There were plenty of lounge chairs and free pool floats available. The beach experience was made even better with the comfortable palapas and superb beach service. Everything I needed was right on-site, from the spa to the activities desk and convenience and gift shop. The staff at this hotel were exceptionally courteous and helpful, making my stay truly enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The property was absolutely gorgeous with stunning views from my upgraded room on the 9th floor. Everything was extremely clean, from the sparkling pool that was cleaned every morning, to the well-maintained hotel facilities. The drinks were surprisingly good and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was amazing. They even helped make a surprise proposal extra special by providing a bottle of champagne. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for swimming and snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters, and the restaurant by the water served delicious breakfast.

I had an amazing stay at this resort. The beach was absolutely beautiful with plenty of cabanas and hammocks to relax under. The free snorkeling was a great bonus, even though it was only for one hour. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in front of a great biking and jogging path. The staff provided excellent service, especially Roxana who was very sweet. The meals served in the three restaurants were outstanding, and the bars kept me well-supplied with drinks. this hotel offered exceptional value for the price.
