I loved the range of hotel facilities available, like the swim-up pool bar where I could enjoy refreshing drinks while relaxing. Plus, I appreciated the special decorations for my anniversary, complete with a bottle of wine and soft music upon my return to the room.

We loved the location of our room, right by the swim-up pool bar. The staff were amazing, especially Santiago, who was incredibly hospitable and made our stay special. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the food was delicious, even if room service had a limited menu. The spa experience exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed the hydrostherapy and massages.

We had a fantastic experience! The staff was super friendly and attentive, especially Santiago, who made our beach days extra special. The hotel was incredibly clean, which is essential for us. We loved the variety of activities offered, from paddleboarding to canoeing. The room service was prompt, and we appreciated the thoughtful anniversary decorations.

From the moment I arrived, it was evident that team members like Luan and Miriam went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The location was perfect, especially my room right by the swim-up pool bar, which made relaxing so easy. the variety of activities available, including canoeing and snorkeling, added to the fun without the hassle of transportation.
