I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extra helpful and courteous, giving me tips on what to see and how to get there. The location was super convenient, right next to sporting venues and on the actual stated street. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices, and the room was clean and comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, being close to downtown activities and Chinatown, and we could easily walk to both in about 5 minutes. The staff were extremely attentive and made us feel truly welcome. They even suggested some great local restaurants, like 13 Coins, where we had a wonderful dining experience. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a modern and clean design. We loved the sweeping views of the waterfront and skyline from our window. The breakfast, made to order, was delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised by the robot that delivered extra shampoo. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the 8th-floor pool, hot tub, and open deck. We also appreciated the laundry services, which saved us time and allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay even more.
