I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, as the staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. They even resolved an issue with my room cancellation, ensuring I wasn't charged incorrectly. The hotel was quiet, and I appreciated the new elevator, which made transporting my heavy luggage effortless. The open pool area added a nice touch, even though I didn't have time to swim.

The staff was excellent and very helpful with my reservation issues. The location was fantastic, with many restaurants and shops nearby. I appreciated the cleanliness of my room and the convenience of having an elevator for my luggage. The pool looked inviting, even though I didn't get a chance to use it.

The pool was open, which I appreciated even though I didn’t take a dip. The staff was incredibly helpful; when I had an issue with my room reservation, the manager promptly ensured the cancellation went through, saving me from extra charges.
