I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, as the staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. They even resolved an issue with my room cancellation, ensuring I wasn't charged incorrectly. The hotel was quiet, and I appreciated the new elevator, which made transporting my heavy luggage effortless. The open pool area added a nice touch, even though I didn't have time to swim.

I appreciated the cleanliness of my room and the convenience of having an elevator for my luggage. The pool looked inviting, even though I didn't get a chance to use it.
