The staff were exceptionally professional and friendly, making the experience truly memorable. I especially enjoyed the view of Mt. Fuji from the lounge, and the breakfast options were exquisite. Convenient transportation from the hotel made exploring this city a breeze, while its prime location near the Imperial Palace added to its charm.
