I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, where I enjoyed a clean and spacious room, complemented by breathtaking views of the waterfall. The transportation options were convenient, especially the adorable funicular and the free shuttle service, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The hotel boasts a stunning location near the beautiful Giessbach waterfalls. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was impressive. The views from the terrace were spectacular, overlooking the lake and mountains.
