I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, particularly appreciating the cleanliness and helpful staff. The location was ideal, being just a short walk to popular attractions and conveniently opposite the bus stop for the airport shuttle. I also loved the spacious Junior Suite, with its large windows and comfy bed, ensuring a restful stay.

I loved the location of the hotel. It’s walking distance to Hoàn Kiếm Lake and many attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially the girl at the front desk who spoke perfect English. My room was clean and spacious with a lovely balcony. I enjoyed the comfy bed and the peaceful environment inside.

It's just a two-minute walk to the airport shuttle bus stop. I enjoyed the spacious room with a balcony and a comfy bed. The breakfast options nearby were fantastic. The staff, especially Tyra, were friendly and helpful, always ready with great recommendations.

The staff was amazing, especially Tyra and Mike, who helped us with tours and local advice. Our room was spacious and very clean, with a comfortable mattress for a good night’s sleep. WiFi worked great too!
