We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was great, even when our card declined due to fraudulent activity. They were patient and kind. The rooms were very clean and the beds were firm but comfortable. The pillows were soft, which we loved. The hotel had all the bathroom amenities we needed and the front desk always answered the phone. The lobby also had little random refreshments laid out every day, which was a nice touch. The hotel is in a quiet location and we enjoyed the good views. They also had bike rentals available, which was a cheap and excellent means to explore the beach and surrounding areas. the staff was friendly and polite. Highly recommended.

We loved the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The hotel facilities, especially the gym, were well-maintained and enjoyable to use. The parking was convenient, making it easy for us to come and go as we pleased. Additionally, the location was ideal for exploring the city, with easy access to nearby attractions like theme parks and the Catalina Express.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was clean, comfy, and had a great AC. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and just a short drive from the PORT OF LOS ANGELES IN SAN PEDRO.

The hotel was clean and had great facilities. The parking was convenient and transportation options were available. It was close to popular attractions like the Catalina ferry and the aquarium. The location was also ideal as it was near theme parks where I stayed until after midnight. The staff provided a great breakfast and were friendly.
