I had a fantastic experience at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring my needs were met throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious and the views of the canal while dining were stunning. The cleanliness of the facilities, including the swimming pool, was top-notch, making the entire visit very pleasant.

The swimming pool was a nice bonus, and they even surprised our daughter with a gift bag for her birthday, which was so thoughtful!

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel. Our room was spacious and well-maintained. The location is perfect, just off the motorway and close to Cheshire Oaks. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Fran at dinner and the breakfast crew. The breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of tasty options to choose from.
