We loved the hotel's fantastic location, which was perfect for visiting the Playhouse theatre, Omni parking, and St James Centre’s shops and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient; they ensured check-in was seamless and provided us with additional teas and coffees without hesitation. The cleanliness of our room was impeccable, and the breakfast offered a delightful selection of options to kickstart our day.

Plus, the cleanliness of my room, including the comfortable bed and pillows, made for a cozy stay.
