The staff, including Jermarian, Elaine, and Christal at the front desk, were incredibly helpful.
They made our early arrival after a cruise less painful by working hard to get our rooms ready as soon as possible. The location was great and safe for our family of 5. It was a block away from the hop on hop off bus and a short drive or walk to other tourist hotspots. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed the happy hour food. The suite was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a fridge and dishwasher. it exceeded our expectations.

It was safe and convenient for our family of 5.
Just a block away from the hop-on-hop-off bus and a short 10-15 minute drive to other tourist hotspots. We could have also walked to these attractions in about 20 minutes, but with our children, we decided to drive. The hotel is also close to the Super Dome and Smoothie King Arena, making it ideal for sports fans. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities exceeded our expectations. Everything was well-maintained and spotless. The staff, especially the morning desk staff, were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast selection was great, offering a wide variety of options.

One of the best aspects of my stay was the comfort of the beds and pillows. They were absolutely perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day. I could have stayed in bed all day and night because they were so comfortable. the hotel's location downtown was fantastic. It was within walking distance to various points of interest such as the WW2 museum, the French quarter, and the stadium. This made it convenient to explore this city and easily get to different places.

The location was ideal, as it was within walking distance of the lively French Quarter and the SuperDome.
The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with well-maintained facilities that included a spacious room and adequate kitchen facilities. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of options available for breakfast, which was a buffet-style with rotating main items. The staff was amazing, being friendly, helpful, and quick to address any minor issues.
