The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, providing us with a room with a great view and toothbrushes. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of many attractions and the TRAX line for public transit. The breakfast had a variety of fresh fruit and non-carb options, and the happy hour was impressive with beer, wine, cheese, fresh fruit, and soup.

The room was spacious and perfect for a family, with two bedrooms and separate bathrooms. The kitchen facilities and living room area were great. The breakfast buffet had good options and I enjoyed it every morning. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with easy access to TRAX stations and downtown eateries.

The location of this hotel is fantastic - in close proximity to everything downtown and opposite a nice park with a market on Saturdays. The rooms were modern, large, and kept very clean throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving us directions to places in the city.

We loved the modern and inviting lobby, as well as the snacks provided in the afternoon. The variety and quality of the snacks exceeded our expectations. the option to enjoy up to 3 free beers or wines was a generous surprise. The jacuzzi was a great way to relax after a day of skiing. The $10 per day parking fee was fair compared to other hotels that charge much more. The central location of the hotel was convenient, and we appreciated the parking security underneath. All the hotel staff we interacted with, from the front receptionist to the breakfast staff and maid service, were friendly and helpful. The temperature of the pool was perfect, and the bed was comfy. The decor was also up to date.
