I had a great stay at the hotel, mainly because of its unbeatable location right in the center, just a short walk from the Zocalo and directly next to the subway. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was clean with good WiFi. I also appreciated having access to a fridge and kitchen facilities, making it even more convenient for my needs.

The cleanliness was remarkable, with well-ventilated washroom stalls and showers, and we never ran out of toilet paper. The staff were accommodating, allowing us to check in early, and the night shift guy swiftly handled our request for a room change.
