I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, where cleanliness was impressive as my room was spotless and comfortable. The location was unbeatable, positioned right in the heart of the city, and walkable to many restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to assist with my special requests, even encouraging my attempts at speaking Spanish. Plus, the availability of common facilities like a fridge and kettle was a nice touch.
