I loved the location. It's in Little Havana, close to restaurants and my favorite ice cream shop, Azúcar. The cleanliness was impressive; the floor and sheets were fresh. The free WiFi worked well, which made staying connected easy. Staff were friendly and helpful, enhancing my experience.

We had an excellent experience at the hotel, enjoying the prime location near Little Havana, which made it easy to explore vibrant local culture and taste delicious Cuban ice cream at Azúcar. The staff was incredibly welcoming, particularly Carlos, who ensured we felt at home.
