I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, as the location was fantastic, right in the heart of a lively neighborhood with plenty of great cafes and shops within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Eduardo, who went above and beyond to assist us when we lost our luggage. My room was spacious and clean, with a cozy king-sized bed, ample natural light from the many windows, and convenient amenities like complimentary drinks and coffee.
