We absolutely loved the hotel's prime location, as it was situated right in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to wander to all the main attractions on foot. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially a sweet front desk girl named Bilyana, who went out of her way to assist us. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and we enjoyed the well-maintained facilities that added to our comfort during the stay.
