We appreciated the location of the hotel, as it was relatively close to the Malecon and only a short cab ride to various tourist attractions, including el Conde. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, ensuring our stay was enjoyable. We found the hotel facilities, including the rooftop restaurant and jacuzzi, to be quite charming and a nice place to relax.
