We loved the hotel's superb location right by the water, offering stunning lake views and breathtaking sunsets. The cleanliness of our room was impressive, and we appreciated having air conditioning and a fan to keep us cool. The staff, particularly Susa and Oswaldo, were incredibly helpful in arranging our tours and ensuring we had a comfortable stay.
