We loved the unbeatable location, with breathtaking views of the lake from both our room and the top-floor onsen, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The breakfast was a highlight—gorgeous and delicious, along with the authentic in-room dinner experiences that we highly recommend. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel with its stunning lake views and convenient location, just steps away from the bus stop on the Hakone free pass route. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the onsen was a highlight, allowing for a peaceful soak in a serene atmosphere. I especially loved the delicious dinner, which was one of the best meals I've ever had.
