We loved the hotel's fantastic location, perfectly situated near Chinatown and within easy reach of public transportation, making it simple to explore everything the downtown core has to offer. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, especially when we needed assistance printing documents at no extra charge.

I really enjoyed the stylish rooms with their modern aesthetic and exposed brick, creating a vibrant atmosphere. The bathroom was a pleasant surprise, particularly the soaking tub, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was superb, as I could easily walk to many attractions, and the staff were pleasant and accommodating, which added to my overall experience.

We loved the fantastic location, as it allowed easy access to vibrant neighborhoods like Queen Street West and Chinatown. The hotel was incredibly clean, and the staff were not only friendly but also very accommodating. Our room had a cool, New York loft style, complete with a huge bed and ample bathroom amenities. The bar had a modern vibe, which added to the overall experience.

We truly appreciated the hotel's excellent location, as it was conveniently situated near numerous shops and fantastic eateries, making it easy to explore the downtown core. The staff were exceptionally friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. the cleanliness was top-notch, ensuring our comfort throughout our visit.
