I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and always remembered my name. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made for a restful stay. I loved the decor and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the Power and Light District. The speakeasy bar and restaurant served decent food and drinks, adding to the charm.

The staff went above and beyond, especially at the Speakeasy and restaurant, where the service was fantastic and welcoming.

The location was perfect, providing easy access to downtown and the P&L District. The staff were exceptional; Zack, the valet, went out of his way to assist with our bags, and the service at the Italian restaurant was fantastic. I also appreciated the spacious shower and the convenient pump dispensers for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.
