We really enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and the excellent facilities, especially the public onsen. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, and we loved the convenient transportation options to the surrounding ski resorts. The breakfast selection was decent and set us up for a full day on the slopes.
