The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel at home. The location was perfect, just a five-minute walk to the city center. Our room was clean, modern, and provided breathtaking views of the lake and snow-capped mountains. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and we enjoyed the lovely outdoor seating area.
