- Located directly in the Ludwigsvorstadt district and just a walking distance from Old Botanical Gardens.

- Newly remodelled and well-maintained units with a lovely bathroom, a shower and a balcony.
- Most rooms with accents on nice details and separate bathrooms.
- Fantastic restaurant with ethnic options.
- Warm drinks in the downstairs bar.
- Excellent service and an easy check-in.

- A few guests were dissatisfied with a little hard beds.
