We loved the hotel’s cleanliness and comfortable facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, with easy access to transportation, including BART and trams. Plenty of great restaurants and shops are just a short walk away.

The staff was also friendly and helpful, especially when I left behind a purse; they ensured it was safely stored for me. Given the overall experience, I believe it's a superb value for the price.
