I loved the cleanliness of the hotel, and the location was a perfect hideaway near beautiful hikes. The staff were exceptional, especially Vanessa, who answered all my questions with enthusiasm. The pool facilities were well maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring, and the dining experience was enjoyable, with fair food prices.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel, enjoying the cleanliness and the friendly staff, who truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The facilities, especially the pools, were exceptional, offering a great range of temperatures, and the stunning location by the national park provided unforgettable hiking experiences. We also appreciated the delicious breakfast and the professional service from Victor Hugo at the El Pescador lounge bar.
