We loved how convenient the hotel's location was, being just a short walk from the main station and surrounded by plenty of shopping and dining options in the Umeda area. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was spacious and clean, featuring a big bathtub with a separate area for the toilet, which was a nice touch for comfort and privacy. Plus, the wifi was reliable, and the air conditioning kept the room pleasant.
