The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Luis at the front desk and Zack at Big 4. Our room was immaculate and spacious. The location was fantastic, close to shops and restaurants. The breakfast options were delicious, setting us up for a great day ahead.

The location was fantastic, conveniently situated on top of the hill and close enough to walk to Union Square. I loved the hotel facilities, and the breakfast was quite enjoyable, making for a wonderful start to each day. Luis, the Day Manager, was exceptionally helpful and made our experience even better.
