The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff, especially the chefs, were incredibly accommodating with my dietary needs, ensuring I enjoyed delicious and healthy meals. The complimentary shuttle service to the nearby market was super convenient, making exploration easy.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel, with the cleanliness being impeccable and the facilities absolutely top-notch. The location was perfect, nestled among lush pine trees, which made for a serene atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the attentive and warm service from the staff, especially at the Thym restaurant, where the food, led by Executive Chef Biswas and the F & B Manager Nandan, was delightful.

We loved the hotel's fantastic location in the mountains. The staff were super attentive, especially Sneha in the restaurant. The facilities were well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed clean spaces and fun activities like yoga and forest trails.
