I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The views of the lake and surrounding volcanoes were breathtaking. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for dining and activities. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. I appreciated the eco-friendly initiatives and felt safe with the gated access.
